{ nice to meet you … }

My name is Bri, short for Brianna, but rarely does anyone call me by my full name :) . I am a true California girl, born near the beaches of Southern California, and also raised in Northern California, only to now find myself here in the Valley of the Sun. Married for eight years, I met and married my college sweetheart, and we are blessed with two incredible children.

Like every other woman out there, I wear many hats in life. Wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, NICU nurse, resident Anderson-household cook and family organizer, private chauffeur to our two kiddos, and photographer. It all started 7 years ago when I bought my first "fancy" camera... now 7 years later { lots of practice..new equipment... frustration...even a few "camera-time-outs" later...} I am even more in love with photography then when I started.

A few random tid-bits about me ~ I am an obsessive cleaner, and I love vacuum lines in carpet and the smell of Pine-Sol. Embarrassing? Maybe.
I love having scented candles lit around the house, and even better when I'm cooking. I live for my weekly date nights with my husband, and one of my favorite moments of any day is when my 4 year old son runs up to me and gives me one of his unsolicited bear hugs. Just because he loves me :)
I would choose sour candy over chocolate any day, I love watching old Lifetime movies on TV {admit- you do too}, and my favorite movie of all time is E.T. Yes, I know its weird, but I love it.

So here I am now. Armed with new ideas and creativity~ and wanting to tackle it all.

And yet at the end of the day, what I want most is to be at home with my family~ perhaps that was my dream after all .... is that so bad?

…And looking darn good doing it

Have I mentioned how blessed am I to have such wonderful and beautiful {inside & out} girlfriends? And while on the subject of beauty- have you ever seen a more stunning mother-to-be? Some people say that expecting women have that certain “glow” about them….but {K} has that kind of stop-you-in-your-tracks beauty. She is already an exceptional mom to her adorable little boy, and now she is awaiting the arrival of a sweet baby girl.
